Lox DS levels needed

I’m looking for people to make some levels for a DS version of Lox: Monsters Labyrinth. The level editor is fairly simple to use so see what you can come up with. Please zip up all level designs into a zip named the same thing you named the level. Level names should be letters only and contain no special characters (spaces, hyphens, etc). Send all submissions to submissions [at] wifico [dot] net.

  2. I know I probably shouldn’t be complaining, as it’s just a one-off tool specifically for editing lox maps…but I have some suggestions which would make it a lot easier to use:

    1. Be able to see more of the available tiles at once. instead of displaying them at 5x (or whatever it is right now), maybe only show at 2x, and display them in a grid
    2. be able to click on the image to place a tile, instead of having to type into the text field

  3. Hey I was just wondering if this is a DS or a GBA game. The description says it’s DS but the rom is a GBA rom so I’m a bit confused. The only thing I can think of is if the rom is an old version and now it’s being rewritten as a GBA game. If anyone answer this for me that would be great.

  4. Dustin: the original game is a GBA game. The new levels are for the upcoming DS port of the game. That’s why the levels are 32×24 (DS screen size) instead of 30×20 (GBA screen size.)

  5. I decided to do something productive and non toolchain related for a few hours. WinterMute’s Lucious Lox Editor was the result.
